This improved my digestion; I had chronic constipation and nothing worked. I started taking 1 before and after each meal, and now I have healthy bowel movements, with no more constipation. It tastes great and has improved my gut health. I recommend this to anyone with constipation, digestive or gut issues. Honestly, this product is amazing, with good quality and affordability. As far as I know, none of the ingredients are harmful or cause side effects, but do read about it before buying, as I’m unsure if it’s suitable for all ages. The papaya enzyme also removes the heavy feeling after a big meal, and the packaging is excellent. This is a 100% honest review, like if it helped :)

I feel that if you take a few tablets after overeating or consuming greasy foods, your stomach will feel better. I have severe constipation, but when I take this, I experience good bowel movements, which is very helpful.

As I age, my digestive function has decreased. Eating after meals can cause me discomfort. Adding chlorophyll to the enzyme makes it more effective than typical enzymes. I've noticed smoother bowel movements. The cost value at iHerb with free shipping is excellent, as nutritional products in Taiwan can be quite expensive.
